A commercial corridor redesigned as a walkable green spine. We focused on heat reduction, clear circulation, and planting that stays composed with regular stewardship.

Before

The Challenge: Concrete Jungle

The area was a heat island: barren, uninviting, and purely functional. It lacked shade, color, and places to pause. It was a space to pass through, not to be in.

After

After: A walkable green spine

We introduced a rhythm of shade trees and layered shrubs to soften the architecture. Clear paths invite movement, while seating pockets encourage short pauses throughout the day.
