Overview

A neglected side yard rebuilt to improve circulation and reduce maintenance. We corrected grading, established a stable base, and clarified the path as part of the overall landscape.

Uneven ground, weeds, and debris made this area unusable and unsightly. It was a liability rather than an asset.

After: Clean circulation and corrected grades

We graded the strip, installed a compacted base, and finished with a clean lawn surface and tuned irrigation. The pathway now feels intentional and durable.
